About UCP

We serve more than 900 individuals each year. Formerly known as WORC or Work Oriented Rehabilitation Center, UCP of East Central Florida opened in 1969. Since then we have been committed to our Mission -
INSPIRING PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
TO DISCOVER THEIR LIMITLESS POTENTIAL.
As a one of the nation’s leading organizations serving and advocating for the more than 54 million Americans with disabilities, United Cerebral Palsy is an accredited organization known for our service-based, individual-focused approach. Our strength as a nationwide network grows out of a long history of service and unwavering commitment for more than 55 years to advancing the full citizenship of people with disabilities.
UCP’s licensed Assisted Living Facilities (ALF) have vacancies. The rooms are PRIVATE with adjoining bathrooms…much like a dorm suite. They feature common living areas, 24/7 awake staff and provide Residential Habilitation.
We also have a recreation specialist to coordinate leisure activities and accompany residents on community outings.
Our ALF’s are located on Jimmy Ann Drive, Daytona Beach and are conveniently located near area banks, restaurants, shopping, and on the Votran bus line.
We can also accommodate short-term (weekend, overnight) respite for individuals until this vacancy is filled.
Contact your Support Coordinator or telephone 386-274-4228 or TTY # 800-927-6308 for more information or to arrange for a tour.
HURRY, these vacancies will not last long!
