As a contracted service provider of Agency for Persons with Disabilities, Vocational Rehabilitation and Center for Business Excellence, we provide tiered services including Supported Employment and Competitive Job Placement.

Supported Employment

Our Supported Employment Program partners an individual with a Job Coach who works with, develops and trains this individual on an intensive, one-on-one basis in a specific employment venue. We provide individuals with exposure to supervised, goal-oriented work experiences so that they can develop the necessary skills to be prepared for successful employment. We offer training and assistance to improve individual skills and to acquire paid employment, which results in retention and long-term employment opportunities.

Competitive Job Placement

We believe that everyone who wants a job deserves to have a job. We provide job placement assistance to eligible individuals based upon a person’s vocational interests and abilities. Our program aims to help individuals with disabilities discover their potential to secure employment so that they can be productive citizens of our community.
